2024 Outlook in Cyber

As 2023 comes to a close and you I thought in traditional fashion, we share with you our outlook for 2024. Joshua Smith of Reliaquest and I have a few optimistic observations that might have been shadowed by some Sky Net references, but I think 2024 has a lot of potential.
